I don't cut corners, I use proper size rebars, and ensure your plumbing won't quit on you. Where do I bring the most value? My ability to provide a full service that goes above and beyond what regular contractors do. My in-depth experience in negotiating and acquiring Land, bringing utilities, overseeing permits obtention, negotiating with officials, working with the best crews, delivering on time and within budget, and even taxes optimization.
