I was born in Paris from a French mother, she was an artist, and an Italian father, who led various publicly traded companies. I was lucky to grow in Africa, and travel the world, living and visiting over 120 countries. I first came in Baja in 2006, and immediately felt "at home". I speak Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, and a few other languages.

It took me 10 years to understand this market, and finally build my first house. It pains me to see many foreigners paying 60% to 300% more for houses that are often flawed. My 20+ years as a "tech executive" allows me to quickly capture clients' vision with full transparency. I am also passionate about hosting and offering unique experiences, which is why I maintain Casa Del Azul (the House of the Blue), Casita Del Azul, and soon Bluebar, a place to be...if you love fresh oysters, authentic French crepes and champagne-based cocktails.
